Head of state
SourcedRepresented by the Governor-General, Rodney Williams, in office since 14 August 2014 (sources: atg-wiki-gg, atg-cia-leaders).
All eleven cabinet ministers are recorded, but every seat is sourced only. The government's ministers page (atg-gov-ministers) lists the eleven ministries and three Ministers of State but names no office holders, and the Office of the Prime Minister site (opm.gov.ag) returned an error, so no name could be verified on an official page. The official list names the Attorney General's ministry as Legal Affairs, Public Safety, Information and Labour, and the Prime Minister's as Finance, Corporate Governance and Public Private Partnerships; the titles above follow the news and CIA wording. The CIA list also gives Chet Greene Barbuda Affairs, which the swearing-in reports and the official ministries list do not; it is left out.
Antigua and Barbuda is a constitutional monarchy[1]. The head of state is King Charles III[3][4]. The government is led by Prime Minister Gaston Browne, in office since 5 May 2026[3][5][6]. Govpedia records 11 members of its cabinet.
