For officials
Keep your institution’s record right
Govpedia is read by journalists, diplomats and researchers in 193 countries and beyond. Verified representatives can propose updates for their institution, with evidence, and add official portraits.
How it works
Four steps, the same rules for everyone
01
Request access
Tell us who you are and which institution you represent, from your official email address.
02
We verify you
We confirm the request with the institution through its published contact details, never through the request itself.
03
Propose updates
Send changes with their evidence: an appointment notice, an official CV, a portrait released for publication.
04
Editors publish
Updates go through the same checks as every other change. A verified institution gets a mark on its record.
