No official page could be read: the presidency site (presidence.td) refused automated access (HTTP 403) and the government domain gouvernement.td did not resolve. The cabinet rests on the list of 1 April 2026 reproduced by portail.td and on press reports, and is therefore sourced, not verified; no decree number was published with it. 'Since' is 1 April 2026 for the posts that sources name as changed or confirmed on that date; other continuing ministers' original appointment dates were not confirmed. No change of minister after 1 April 2026 was found. Titles are Govpedia's English translations of the French originals. Spellings vary between sources (e.g. Allamaye / Allah-Maye Halina, Alhabo / Allabo, Djamous / Djamouss); the Prime Minister's name follows the reference list of heads of government.
