There is no prime minister. The 15-member government was appointed by Decree No. 25-027/PR (April 2025) and partially reshuffled by Decree No. 26-030/PR of 5 February 2026. The President's son Nour El Fath Azali is Secretary-General of the Government; in August 2024 he was given extensive powers over government decision-making, and some outlets describe his role as an unofficial prime minister. On 10 January 2026 exiled opposition politician Said Hachim Achirafi announced a 'government in exile' in Paris, an opposition initiative based abroad. Dates are the start of each minister’s current term in this government.
