All seats are verified on the government's Cabinet page (gov.ls/cabinet), which lists 21 members including the Prime Minister; the CIA World Leaders list (updated 5 June 2026) agrees on every name (it spells Maqelepo 'Motiasi'). The Prime Minister also holds Defence and National Security. Changes in 2026 recorded on the government site but undated there: a reshuffle sworn in at the Royal Palace (source: lso-gov-reshuffle) brought in 'Mamokete Nts'ekhe (Health), Voeswa Tsheka (Home Affairs and Police) and 'Makatleho Motsoasele (Minister in the Prime Minister's Office), moved Lejone Mpotjoane (Foreign Affairs to Energy and Mining), Selibe Mochoboroane (Health to Agriculture), Thabo Mofosi (Agriculture to Environment and Forestry), Limpho Tau (Prime Minister's Office to Foreign Affairs) and Lebona Lephema (Local Government to Trade), and relieved Mokhethi Shelile and Letsema Adotsi. Since then, per the Cabinet page, Lephema is no longer listed, Motlatsi Maqelepo holds Trade, Mphuthi Mphuthi Tourism, and Nkhethoa Seetsa was sworn in for Local Government and Chieftainship (source: lso-gov-seetsa, undated); no page read dates these changes, so no events are recorded for them.
