Titles combine the portfolios on each minister's profile page on nauru.gov.nr (checked today) with the official portfolio list in the Nauru Bulletin of 4 November 2025; the profile pages are undated. Portfolios have moved since October 2025: the Seabed Minerals Authority (first with the President, then with Eoe in the CIA list of 16 January 2026) now sits with Aingimea, and the Port Authority and Shipping Line moved from Aingimea to Eoe; CENPAC Corporation appears on both Bernicke's and Thoma's pages and is listed under Bernicke only. Maverick Eoe was not in the eight-member cabinet sworn in on 16 October 2025 but is listed as a minister by the CIA on 16 January 2026 and on the government site; the date of his appointment was not found, so it has no 'since' date or event. The President's profile page does not itself name the Finance minister; Finance is confirmed by the October 2025 Bulletin and the CIA list.

Parliament (19 members) elects the President, who is head of state and head of government and chairs the Cabinet. The cabinet and deputy ministers of the second term were sworn in on 16 October 2025 after the general election of 11 October 2025. A constitutional amendment passed in March 2025 set the limit at seven ministers besides the President (nru-islandsbusiness-art19); the government site now lists eight, and no page opened explains the difference; the office of Vice President was filled for the first time on 16 April 2026 (nru-gazette-vp-2026). Deputy ministers (e.g. Isabella Dageago) are not listed as cabinet members. Dates are the start of each minister’s current term in this government.
