Titles are Govpedia's English translations of the French titles printed by Koaci, which says the list was released by the Secretary-General of the Government. No official list of ministers could be opened: presidence.gouv.tg has no government page, and republiquetogolaise.com served unrelated gambling content on 16 October 2026 and was not used. The cabinet is the composition announced on 8 October 2025; searches found no reshuffle in 2026, but that could not be confirmed on an official page. Name spellings differ between sources (Koaci prints Kombla Dodzi Kokoroko, Robert Eklu, Yakole Kokou-Johnson, Isaac Tsiakpe and Jean Luc Gado for the delegate for higher education, whom Burkina24 names Gado Tchangbedji). Wikipedia's 'Government of Togo' page lists a Kodjo Adedze as President of the National Assembly, which conflicts with the October 2025 reports naming Kodjo Sevon-Tépé Adedze a minister; this was not resolved. Party affiliations are not recorded.

Named by decree of the President of the Council on 8 October 2025: 27 members (17 ministers and 10 ministers delegate) besides the President of the Council. The ministries of National Defence, the Civil Service, Labour and Social Dialogue, and Transport are attached to the Presidency of the Council; Ecofin reported no separate holders for them. Opposition figures have called the 2024 constitutional change a 'constitutional coup', arguing that it lets Faure Gnassingbé, President from 2005 to 2025, stay in power without term limits (Wikipedia); the government is internationally recognised.
