Joseph Dion Ngute has been Prime Minister of Cameroon since 4 January 2019. He studied law at the University of Yaoundé, Queen Mary University of London and the University of Warwick. He was Minister Delegate for External Relations in charge of Commonwealth relations from 1997 to 2018.[4]
