Justin Nsengiyumva has been Prime Minister of Rwanda since 25 July 2025. An economist, he was named Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Rwanda in February 2025 and earlier served as a Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Trade and Industry.[3]
