Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa has been Prime Minister of Bahrain since 11 November 2020. He studied at the American University and the University of Cambridge, was Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force from 1999 to 2008, chaired the Economic Development Board, and was First Deputy Prime Minister from 2013.[4]
