The government portal (gov.ge) returned errors and the President's site refused automated access, so every claim is sourced, not verified. The Wikipedia cabinet table still listed Gela Geladze at Internal Affairs and Kakha Guledani at Regional Development; both have since moved, so those seats follow news reports. No successor to Mamuka Mdinaradze at the Ministry of Regional Development (due to be abolished) was found, so that seat is left out. Start dates are omitted where sources disagree (Chikovani, Bochorishvili, Songhulashvili, Tamazashvili).

Elected on 14 December 2024 by an electoral college boycotted by the opposition, which was formed partly from the parliament elected in the disputed October 2024 election. Predecessor Salome Zourabichvili, the opposition and many Western governments reject his election as illegitimate; on 13 February 2025 the European Parliament resolved that the EU does not recognise him as legitimate president. He holds the office in practice.
