Head of state
Verified
Names and titles are verified on the Cabinet of Ministers' official list, which also includes heads of state committees, services and agencies (not recorded here). Start dates come from Wikipedia (Azerbaijani edition for ministers, English edition for the Prime Minister and deputies); dates are omitted where the two editions disagree (Gayibov, Jabbarov, Nabiyev). The official list still uses the older titles Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and Minister of Education; Wikipedia names the ministries Digital Development and Transport, and Science and Education. Party affiliations are not recorded because no source opened states them.
