No official page could be read: the presidency site (presidence.gov.gn) returned an empty page and the government portal (guinee.gov.gn) did not resolve, so all claims are sourced, not verified. The cabinet follows the decree of 27 July 2026 as published in full by Guinee114 and summarised by Guineematin; a decree of 6 October 2026 setting ministries' responsibilities was reported but not opened, and no change of minister after 27 July 2026 was found. 'Since' is given only for ministers who entered or changed portfolio on 27 July 2026; others' appointment dates (February 2026 or earlier) were not confirmed. Titles are Govpedia's English translations of the French originals. Spellings vary (Mamadi/Mamady, Sory 2/Sory II, Thé/Théa).
