Cabinet membership and titles are taken from the Russian-language member list on gov.kg. The English list on the same site is out of step: it shows older titles and mismatched photos. English titles are translations of the Russian. gov.kg lists a Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies but names no minister for it, and none appears on the member list, so no seat is recorded for it. Start dates are not published on gov.kg, so 'since' is given only for the Chairman. The President's official site (president.kg) did not show the President's name in the text that could be read.
