The State Council's own list of ministers was last updated on 28 August 2026. It still lists Li Lecheng as Minister of Industry and Information Technology, but Wikipedia reports that he became Party Secretary of Anhui on 23 September 2026. No successor at the ministry had been reported, so his seat is kept as officially listed.
