Titles are Govpedia's English translations of the official Portuguese titles. The 18 ministers were read on the government portal's ministries pages; the portal still listed Samaria Tovela at Education and Culture on 16 October 2026, but the portal's own news item of 15 October 2026 reports her dismissal and Édson Macuácua's appointment, so he is recorded (the decree date of 14 October is from Moz24h). Names follow the portal's spelling (for example Mateus Saeze, Usseine Isse; AIM writes Saize and Ussene). The Prime Minister is sourced, not verified: the portal's Prime Minister pages did not show her name. AIM gives her appointment as 17 January 2025, Wikipedia as 18 January 2025. The CIA World Leaders list (updated 13 February 2025) differs from the portal on two seats (Public Works, Veterans) and was not used. Ministers in the Presidency (for example Ricardo Sengo, named Minister in the Presidency for Civil House Affairs in January 2025 per AIM) are not on the portal's list and their current tenure was not confirmed, so they are left out.

President of the Republic · 15 Jan 2025 – present[3][4][5]

The presidency's site names him as President but gives no inauguration date; the start date is from Wikipedia. The October 2024 election result was challenged: the opposition party PODEMOS published a parallel count showing Venâncio Mondlane winning, the Catholic bishops and the European Union questioned the result and deadly protests followed; the result was confirmed by the top court on 23 December 2024 (source: moz-wiki-chapo).
