No seat is verified: the state news agency (kcna.kp) and the state portal Naenara returned HTTP 503 to automated access. Cabinet seats follow Wikipedia's 15th Cabinet page (edited 9 October 2026); the CIA World Leaders list was last updated in January 2023 and was not used. 'Since' is the date the holder first took the post as given there. That page names Kim Chol-nam both as Minister of Disaster Management and as Minister of Education; it is unclear whether these are two people of the same name or an error, and neither seat could be checked elsewhere. The 15th State Affairs Commission page gives Pang Tu-sop's title as Minister of Social Security; the cabinet page calls it Public Security. Defence: No Kwang-chol was dismissed on 29 August 2026 (prk-taipei-defence-2026), after the Wikipedia pages were compiled. Commission chairs, the Cabinet Secretary-General and heads of the central bank, statistics bureau and academy of sciences are not recorded. Names use the hyphenated McCune-Reischauer-style romanisation of the sources. Party is given only for the two leaders.
