Verified seats rest on the government's official news portal (turkmenistan.gov.tm, the State News Agency), which publishes presidential decrees and cabinet-meeting reports: the 28 August 2026 cabinet meeting names the President and all nine Deputy Chairmen, and individual decrees or the 10 July 2026 meeting confirm five ministers. The deputy chairmen's sector labels ('portfolio') follow Wikipedia. Other ministers rest on Wikipedia's Cabinet of Ministers page (edited 17 July 2026), which agrees with the CIA World Leaders list (updated 10 March 2026) except for Culture, where the CIA list predates the July 2026 change. Titles for the two road posts follow the CIA list (Automobile Transport; Highways); Wikipedia calls them 'Roads' and 'Automobile Roads'. Wikipedia also lists Maksat Babaýew, chairman of the state concern Türkmengaz, as a minister of state; he is not recorded as a seat. No source opened shows a personnel change between 28 August and 16 October 2026, but decrees were not checked one by one. Names use Turkmen Latin spelling where sources give it; official English reports transliterate differently (e.g. Gayypov, Goshjanov, Myradalyev). 'Since' is given only where a decree was opened, plus the President.
