The President is head of state and government; the Prime Minister leads government business. The post of Deputy Prime Minister has been vacant since Natangwe Ithete's dismissal on 26 October 2025. The Office of the President (op.gov.na), the government portal (gov.na) and the Office of the Prime Minister (opm.gov.na) refused automated access (HTTP 503), so all seats are sourced, not verified. Sources differ on the mines portfolio: Wikipedia's Cabinet of Namibia page shows Frans Kapofi as interim minister from 28 October 2025, but Wikipedia's biography of Modestus Amutse (citing Reuters, 2 December 2025) and the CIA list (updated 15 April 2026) name Amutse; the Reuters report itself could not be opened. The CIA list still shows Ithete as Deputy Prime Minister, which The Namibian's report of his dismissal contradicts. The Attorney General and deputy ministers are not listed. Dates are the start of each minister’s current term in this government.
